Refund Policies


Thank you for purchasing. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may be eligible for a return, to get full refund, store credit, or an exchange subject fulfilment of the conditions specified in our Return Policy effective on the date of Return. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

1. After logging into your account, you can view all your orders in the order panel.
2. Open the order you want to return.
3. Click the "Request Return" button in the order panel.
4. You'll be taken to a new page where you can provide the reason for the return and an optional note.
5. Once you've requested the return, you'll receive a confirmation email acknowledging your request.
6. The return will then be processed and checked.
7. Once the return request is approved, you'll get an email confirming the approval.
8. You'll also receive a tracking ID for the return.
9. The item will be picked up from the address you provided.
10. The item will be re-evaluated to check the condition as per our policy.
11. Once the item is re-evaluated, the refund will be issued.
12. The refund will be completed within 3-5 business days.

After receiving your return and inspecting the returned item, the discretion to refund will be solely with PEPR seven (7) days would be minimum time required for processing the exchange / refund from the date of receipt of returned item. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your original mode of payment opted at time of placing the order..

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged if:

● The product is not in Original Condition
● Tags are not in original condition and attached to product
