Refund Policy

Returns

  • Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags and labels must be intact.

Once your return request is approved, pickup is arranged within 24–48 hours.
After the product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check, the refund is initiated.

Refund Timeline:
Refunds are issued once the product passes the quality check and are reflected in your account within 7 working days.
If the amount does not reflect within this period, kindly contact your bank.

Exchanges

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Once approved, pickup will be arranged within 24–48 hours.
  • Exchange is processed after the product is received at our warehouse and clears quality inspection.
  • Second Exchange/Return  request will be chargeable at ₹300.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Cases

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The product is used, washed, or damaged
  • Tags are missing, altered, or detached
  • Request is raised after 7 days of delivery
  • The product fails to meet our quality standards
