Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make modifications.
However, we are more than happy to help you with a return for a full refund once you have received your gear if needed. Our returns for online purchases are free and easy so you will not have to pay for return shipping.

How long do orders usually take to ship?

You should receive your shipment in 5-7 working days from date of purchase. You may read the shipping policies on our website or reach out to us at support@mypepr.com for further enquiries.

How do I return my products?

1. After logging into your account, you can view all your orders in the order panel.
2. Open the order you want to return.
3. Click the "Request Return" button in the order panel.
4. You'll be taken to a new page where you can provide the reason for the return and an optional note.
5. Once you've requested the return, you'll receive a confirmation email acknowledging your request.
6. The return will then be processed and checked.
7. Once the return request is approved, you'll get an email confirming the approval.
8. You'll also receive a tracking ID for the return.
9. The item will be picked up from the address you provided.
10. The item will be re-evaluated to check the condition as per our policy.
11. Once the item is re-evaluated, the refund will be issued.
12. The refund will be completed within 3-5 business days.

Flat drying, hand wash and regular ironing recommended for best long term quality maintenance. Refer to our product wash care labels for further details.
